All ciders have light effervescence, and are unfiltered, unsweetened, unpasteurized and very dry.
Flagship - A blend of 5 varieties of heritage apples. Very Dry (5 grams/L residual sugar); a little funky; crisp, tart with light effervescence.
Great with cheeses, charcuterie, spicy sausages. 7% ABV.
Dry Pear - Using 100% local pears. Very light, delicate pear flavour.
Great as summer sipping drink or before dinner with cheeses. 5.5% ABV.
Ginger - Flagship cider fully fermented infused with fresh organic ginger.
Strong ginger aroma and flavor, similar to a dry ginger beer, but without the fiery bite - definitely for ginger lovers.
Goes great with sushi, blue cheese, Thai food, curries, etc. 7% ABV.
Bumbleberry- Heritage apples fermented with crushed raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, rhubarb and grapes.
Flavour is unexpectedly dry and tart – the rhubarb comes through - with pleasant berry notes.
Wonderful for sipping, with chicken, summer salads, or with cheeses. 7.5% ABV.
Cranberry - Heritage apples fermented with crushed cranberries. Tart, bright acidity with some cranberry tannins.
A favourite for holiday meals with turkey. Goes great with cheeses. 7.5% ABV.
Vinifera - SOLD OUT - Heritage apples fermented with crushed grapes on the skins. Compares favorably to a rosé wine, with the addition of malic acidity. Great with cheeses. 7.5% ABV.
Russet Redux - A secondary fermentation of our Flagship cider produced greater complexity to the aroma, a boost in the alcohol level and a completely natural carbonation expressing as a fine persistent mousse similar to champagne. With a natural carbonation level approaching champagne (~7 bar), we recommend that this cider be refrigerated at least overnight and then transferred to the freezer 15 minutes prior to opening.
